I just got a whole new computer, i installed it all and when i go to turn on the computer, it turns on but thats all, it will just sit there with no response from anything with the power on.

any beeps? do you see the post or does it stay balck? if nothing, reseat your video card or try another and verify connection to the monitor

is the LED on the board on?
try clearing CMOS
