No Power

Laptop was functional, 12 hours later - won't boot. No power at all. Black screen.

Have removed battery and a/c, waited and tried to restart.

Have volt tested charger and this is OK.

Anything else I can look at that might lead to a low cost fix.

Does the connection at the laptop where the adapter pluggs in loose
it could need resolder att he connection on the mainbd

Thanks for the reply.

The connection is not loose and appears still attached to the mainboard.
