This is buggin the crap out of me.

I just recently moved. My computer was working perfectly at my other place. I turned it off, packed it up and brought it to my new place. I plugged it in and went to turn it on and the power kicks on for 1 second and then it shuts off. Hitting the power button again gives no responce. I have to unplug the power cable, wait for a few seconds, plug the cable back in and it will then do the same thing. I then decided to take it back to my old place, and it does the same thing there.

I unplugged everything from the Mobo. Hard drive, cd-rom, floppy.. nothing on it except for the processor, ram and processor hs/fan.

If I take out my processor, it posts. I have an older broken(it used to post but would not go any farther)processor that I used to test with. I put that processor in and it does the same thing as the other. Shuts off. I'm thinking that its either my P/S or my motherboard. I don't quite have the cash right now to buy both to test. And if I'm going to be buying a new motherboard, I might as well bite the bullet and upgrade the whole system while I'm at it.

Anyone seen this before and possibly know what is at fault?
