How can I fix? Says no domain Dell not available. Plug fell out of wall this came on when restart, wont log in?

What is the EXACT error message? Are you attempting to login to a Domain, or just login locally to the computer?

Just local, it won't let me go to front page? Just when it start up to windows xp says put passw word? It don't have pass work on? I can't get in computer, can't get to page that takes you to system, contrl pannel none of that? I tried to put windows that came when bought. wont do nothing? I see green light to say it is reading but it don't go no futher, light goes out? It don't ask if I want to run?

I did have second drive put in it for room. I talk to friends and tried F8 it put a second user on but did same thing as for password. I have installed new McAfee for bugs?
