What is the EXACT error message? Are you attempting to login to a Domain, or just login locally to the computer?

Just local, it won't let me go to front page? Just when it start up to windows xp says put passw word? It don't have pass work on? I can't get in computer, can't get to page that takes you to system, contrl pannel none of that? I tried to put windows that came when bought. wont do nothing? I see green light to say it is reading but it don't go no futher, light goes out? It don't ask if I want to run?
