I have a computer that is old as dirt and on its last leg but I still have things I need on it. When it boots up, the window screen is just the cloud screen saver and has no icons or tool bars on it. I found that someone else had this same promblem (Kumail-July 26, 2005) The answer to slove it was to open the task mananger. That my second problem, my task manager is disabled by administrator. I then researched how to enable this. It says to hit the start button, which I cant because I have no toolbar. I've heard that the button on your keyboard that has the windows sign is also a start button but nothing happens when I press it! I've already bought a new laptop but still have things I need off of this old POS! Can anyone help me slove my problem? Please!
