Specs: Windows 7, Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2140 @ 1.60GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.6GHz & ram 2GB
I've been reading a lot about cooling your computer and it seems you need a fan in the front for blowing and one in the back for sucking. My case only has the spot for one in the back and cpu fan.

What if I don't have the front fan for blowing in cool air? Am I going to have heating problems without it?

I don't know where you've been reading that but a front instake fan is NOT required. All you need is a single rear exhaust fan.

Also, see page 24 of the AMD builder's guide:

but like i say in page 25 i have to put front fan air entry and rear fan air out ,in my box I do not have front place for the fan & I've purchased a graphics card that does not contain a self-cooling device & This led to high temperatures within the box , as well as high temperatures graphics card,What is the solution, and whether there is a risk ..??

******I have only a fan in the back eject the air

my card is: Sapphire Radeon hd 5450 video card

There are fans mounted on PCI cards that you can pop in a slot and direct the air on vid card.
