no front case fan?

I've been reading a lot about cooling your computer and it seems you need a fan in the front for blowing and one in the back for sucking. My case only has the spot for one in the back and one on the side.
What if I don't have the front fan for blowing in cool air? Am I going to have heating problems without it?
Cheers!
