"Also ive noticed the pc powers up for a second switchs off then powers up again" this might be a voltage issue but "after installing everything i get no display" this might be the BIOS video setting from PCI to AGP.

There is no agp slot or onboard graphics so i cant test if its even the graphics card but i thought the card had to be installed before use .. what would be the cause of a v fault ?
