You didn't supply enough info. Start by posting your complete system specs.

Was your system having other problems leading up to this? Did you test the monitor on a different system? Did you try a different monitor on your system? Do you have an actual video card or onboard video? Did you check for signs of overheating CPU? Did you open the case & blow out the dust? Did you test the power supply?

to riider;
A pleasant day, and thank for your replying me.
i'm sorry for the lack of information, because i didn't know the other information about my system. There's no other problems except from this. Regarding with my monitor, i wasn't try it out to other system but, i tried my system to other monitor, and i it doesn't work, the problem was still there, Actually, i used the actual video card because my board has no onboard video slot. Regarding with the overheating the CPU, i didn't know, 'coz all the fan of my CPU are all functioning. Yes, I opened the case but i didn't used a tools coz i don't any tools for cleaning and removing dust instead, i used the brush for cleaning. Regarding with my power supply, also i didn't tested it, coz, i've no enough knowledge about the power supply.
