Hi,
I have a Dell Dimension4700, appears: "no boot device available", so I reboot again and press F12, then y choose option *Hard disk Diagnostics* and appears:"Drive 0: WDC WD800JD-75HKA1-fail. Return Code:3"
What do this mean? Who can i fix it?

Your hard drive may have died. I suggest you download the drive fitness utility from Western Digital (the maker of your drive) and install it to a floppy or CDR depending on what you have available. Boot to the disk and run the fitness test to diagnose the condition of your hard drive. Get the DOS version at the link below.

Also, check that the drive data cable is in good condition and tightly connected.
