I have a pixelview playTV Pro-4 card(internal) with NO AUDIO is coming from TV channels. other
system sound is ok (winamp, media player
etc.). There is AUDIO OUT socket in tv card.
(do I need to connect this to LINE IN of
system audio card?) BUT there is no sound
even from this audio out socket....!!The tv card manual didnt help....
system configuration:core 2 duo E7500 processor,
asus p5kpl am/ps motherboard, 2gb DDR
geforce 9400 (sfx) 1 gb

Yes, you need to connect a jumper cable to those ports. You also need to configure the ports in the card's software. Select which ports are in use.

but there is NO audio out socket in the tv card. I found one, but it
is AUDIO IN......!!!

You were right first time, there is an Audio Out socket on the card. Audio In would serve no useful purpose on a TV card.
From the Specs:
This card has the potential to turn the back of your PC into a rat’s nest of cables, having no fewer than 6 external connectors. They are: FM Antenna, TV Antenna, infra-red sensor, audio out, S-Video input and composite input.
You need to connect the Audio Out to the Line In of of the Sound card and then configure both the TV Card and the sound card appropriately.
