Hi

I am donating an NF7s mobo to my neighbour who is in dire need of an upgrade. The machine is built and I'm just giving it a nice stress test.

The case he has supplied me for the project has the usual Firewire and USB at the front, which I'm cool with. However, it also has input for microphone and output for headphones. I can see the headers on the mobo, and have the instructions as to what goes where.

My question may seem a bit dumb, but if I connect the front audio up, does it disable output/input from the back panel on the mobo, or does it work together?

Cheers,

Rob

According to the manual, if you hook up the front panel the rear panel is disabled.
