First assembled it Said nothing, the onboard Leds are working, fans too, everything seems ok, but the boot. It doesnt even beep or anything. No reaction for insert key, or pressing del some times. Tried cmos erase jumper, removing battery, power cord off, 1 memory cpu on and nothing else, any of the modules wont work in any slot alone or together in any combination. Even if there isnt any ram it doesnt say a beep. (Yes the speaker is connected on the board correctly)

Sounds like the cpu isn't functioning. Go back check it. If it's installed ok, then the MB could be defective if you are sure that you have EVERYTHING connect correctly.

Do you have the CPU fan plugged into the correct header on the MB? Remove all cards but video. Remove all but i stick of memory. Recheck all connections & reseat memory & vid card. Make sure case speaker is properly connected. Also make sure the CMOS jumper is in the run/ not clear position. Verify that no packaging materials on heatsink, and heatsink is installed(oriented) correctly. If OEM CPU make sure you used thermal compound.

Only thing left to make sure of is that there is nothing touching the motherboard (stray metal standoff etc.)to short it out. If that looks ok, then I'd remove it from the case and try connecting it up sitting on the non-static plastic bag it came in to see if it's still "no-beep dead". If nothing works, send it back.
