Several months ago I installed a new ATI Radeon 9200 video card in my computer, and ever since then I havent been able to watch any videos on my computer. When they open up, the computer just freezes. It worked fine with no problem before I changed cards, so I know that is the problem. Is there some setting or something that could be set wrong? What could be wrong?

Thanks,
Mark

What program are you using to view the videos?

What display drivers have you installed?

What version of DirectX are you using?

In addition to the above questions, did you read the instructions, especially what is required BEFORE installing the new card?

Did you remove the old cards drivers first? Try uninstalling the drivers and installing them again. Make sure you have to most up to date drivers from ATI's website.

I dont remember if I did or not. It was a while back. If I didnt do everything, then what can I do to correct the problem? Would I remover driver and remove the video card then start over?
