I guess the only thing im not sure about is my RAM...I have 2 gig of corsair RAM and my motherboard has 4 slots (2 yellow and 2 black) I put both sticks in the yellow slots. Could this be the problem?

Could be any number of things. You didn't provide enough information. List all hardware including PSU (power supply). Don't you have a manual? It should explain the RAM installation. You should bench test a new motherboard with minimal hardware before installing in case. A common issue is installing a standoff in the wrong place and shorting out the board. Do you have all the power connections made. Two to motherboard and possibly one to graphics card. CPU fan connected to the correct header.

I have a 700W power supply my motherboard is a ASUS M3N72-D...All of the fans in the case and on the video card work...I just get no video...I tried 3 video cards and onboard video also.

1st, what's a Phenom 5500? 2nd, you were asked in your other thread if you benchtested the motherboard & you didn't respond. You should ALWAYS benchtest a board before installing it in a case.
