Couple Of Things Guys. Will that power supply work well with my setup,
and will the cpu work with the motherboard without upgrading the bios which means i have to buy an older cpu first.

PSU should be fine. I have this one...it says it supports lga 775, so I don't know if you'd need that (i don't have a 775 cpu). It's quiet, and has dual +12v rails

As for the motherboard, you would have to e-mail the manufacturer and ask them.
