I have 512mb of ram pc3200. I want another stick of ram because it isnt dual ram right now. But do i have to buy the exact same ram i already have? or can i buy like crucial if i have kingston already?

You don't HAVE to buy the exact same brand, but the specs have to match. My question is, why not buy Kingston again? You're not gonna gain anything by getting Crucial & it's usually more expensive.
