New PCI Video Card, no output

CPU/Ram: PIII 600MHz 128MB

My graphics card failed recently and I have bought a new PCI graphics card to replace it. When I power up I can hear what sounds like a normal startup going on, but no video output. Any ideas anyone?

any post beep codes?

remove and reseat card in different pci slot

anything in safe mode?

is there a cd that came with the card you can boot to?

try card in different machine.

return card to store for replacement
