Understand that when you change your motherboard, Windows will not see the installation as the same computer, so you will have to reinstall Windows (98% probability). You can try booting the first time into your BIOS, making your settings adjustments there, then booting into Safe Mode, and removing drivers and installing new ones and then rebooting, but in the long run, you may still need to use a new Windows installation key to authenticate it. It may be better to back up everything before you start, wipe the drive, and reinstall from scratch.|
I do not know AMD very well, but most of your list appears to be a decent upgrade from what you have.
