Intel Core i7 i7-920 quad core processor

Specs: Windows XP

I'm looking at buying parts for a new PC soon and wanted to run my choices by you guys to see if anyone has had any issues. Questions at the end of post.

I'm looking at:

Core i7 920

Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 -or-
Gigabyte GA-EX58-Extreme

6GB Corsair Dominator DDR3 PC15000 RAM

2 GTX 260's (not decided on manfacturer yet)

Antec P190+1200UK Case

OCZ Vertex 60GB SSD

My main questions are:

1) Which of the two motherboards do you recommend? I'm going to need a PCIe x1 slot and hopefully a PCI slot free, which I think rules out the EX-58 Extreme (those heatsinks block the x1 slot right)?

2) Would the 1200W (650W + 550W) PSU in the Antec case be able to handle an i7 and 260's in SLI - or 295's if I upgrade? The info makes it sound as if everything motherboard/add in card wise is powered by the 650 on its own and I'm concerned this may not be enough power...

3) Does anyone know of a better case? This one is HUGE for what I need. Ideally I would want something in the same style (sleek/minimilast) with good internal layout, QUIET, good airflow etc, space for ATX+2 big gfx cards, 4 or 5 HDD's but not 6 or something optical bays like this has...)

4) Is the RAM compatible? It seems to run at a speed which none of the i7 motherboards mention as supported..?

If you would swap anything for another part let me know, or if you have had any trouble with the parts listed I'd appreciate a head sup.

Thanks, Ed.

Before any one can answer this you must tell us what you are using this computer for?

Thought the GTX's in SLi would have given it away... Gaming primarily, but some use as HD media center type thing too.
