First, you should make sure all the SATA and power connectors are hooked up properly. You should be able to access BIOS by holding either F2, F9, F11, or the DEL key during startup, although it varies by computer. When in BIOS, you should see something labeled Boot. Then, it should list the order of all the boot devices. You should be able to select the first boot device, then choose your hard drive.

Watch the screen as soon as the computer is started to see if there is anything on the screen about Setup. Often it suggests the appropriate key. Setup is BIOS.

Once you get into BIOS it will show what keys are required the move around the various sections and items, also how to change things. As often as not it is arrow keys, page up/down keys and Enter key.

If you change anything by mistake look for the option "Exit without Saving" then reboot and have another go.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Do you have the motherboard or system manual? If not you can probably download it from their support page. The bios setup procedure should all be explained there.
