Alright guys, spent 15 minutes writing an Essay, I'm gonna reduce it down to this.

I need a Mobo and CPU that is up to date, and caters to an AGP Graphics Card. So the CPU Socket type 939 or AM2, with Dual Core potential... or at least; something that will trash my AMD Athlon XP 2.4Ghz Socket A!

The GigaByte GA-K8NS Ultra-939 is out the window because it's pretty much impossible to locate Socket 939 CPU's that would be powerful for it, let alone Dual Core.

And the Gigabyte GA-MF3 is out the window, because it seems like absolutely NO ONE sells it (It's a Mobo catering to AM2 CPU's with an AGP Slot - NForce3 Chipset!).

So, my love for Gigabyte just died today, what would you recommend to me that can fit the requirements?

AM2 Socket
AGP Slot
DDRII (I have DDR1 atm, but I presume the FSB Rates would be SO unbalanced)

All my other Hardware I imagine should slip right across, PCI Cards and what not. And for the record, I know I'm trying to merge 1-2 Year old AM2 technology with the old AGP Technology together, but since the Gigabyte GA-MF3 exists, I assume there could be more out there. The AGP requirement is so strict because I have a fairly new and expensive NVidia 7950GT, but now I'm starting to realise my CPU is holding me back a lot.

Any other Brands & Models you could recommend, would be greatly appreciated, as one could spend Days searching through various Mobo Brands and there Models on Official websites.

And I'm so used to AMD btw, which is what all this is based on, but I'm open to Intel if it lends more solutions.

And now you're gonna let your video card hold back your CPU/motherboard upgrade choices?? Bite the bullet & face the fact that buying the 7950GT AGP was a HUGE mistake. Sell it & move up to an AM2 system (or S775) with PCI-e & DDR2. Otherwwise, you're just painting yourself into another corner.

I have to agree with jam. All the choices are low end boards.
