Hello, im currently having som huge performance issues with my new ASUS EN9800GT card,3Dmark vantage scored only about 5k, and im having horrible fps when playing WOW(was much better with a older card).

I downloaded GPU-z and it says my bus speed is at 4x, i went to bios but it cant change it at all. I have updated both bios and graphic driver to newest yesterday.

What im really asking is, how do i set my bus speed to 16x?

I had a ATI radeon 3850 before i got this card, but i used driver cleaner pro to delete all the leftover files.

My mainboard is ASROCK 775 DUAL VSTA

Thanks in advance

You don't. Your board doesn't support x16...x4 is the max. All you had to do was look at the specs:

"- 4 x PCI slots
- 1 x PCI Express Graphics slot (@ x4 mode)
- 1 x AGP slot"

It's not a very good motherboard & going from an HD3850 to a 9800GT was not a very cost effective upgrade.
