I just got this system a Thresher AMD K& Triton? don't even know yet what to call it. I pluged it in and put cd in to install drivers for new LCD Monitor (not the one the Monitor that came with computer) I bought a different one installed it could not get a picture up (because I did not have it pluged in all the way turned off computer then found the plug was not in all the way on the monitor, so redid it don't know if it installed or not but getting good picture went to the device manager and there is a yellow ! that says USB Mass Storage Device location USB 2.0 Reader,,,,Device Status Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because there is a duplicate device already running in the system (Code 42) do I have something pluged in wrong? I have not even gone online yet with it, still using old computer also it has a Network Connections says network cable unplugged Realteck RTL8139 do I disable this because I put a modem in and have dial up.

I would "right click" both of them in "Device Manager" and choose "remove" and then reboot and see what happens.

Thats the funny part I do not know what they are talking about, I don't see (2) with the same description.
The yellow ! is by usb mass storage device the driver files details says cc\windows\system\usbstor.sys but I only see one with that description. This system is way over my head its one that is sort of custom built, I think I will contact them I just was hoping someone would know what I am doing wrong. Thanks to you. Sue
