Specs: Windows XP Pro SP3,
Need some helpful advice on a potential new computer build and if the build looks correct or is missing needed hardware and or any helpful suggestions or alterations would be appreciated, thank you.

Apparently the MB lists a built in Onboard LAN
Max LAN Speed 10/100/1000Mbps and Onboard Audio Chipset SupremeFX X-Fi Audio Card, so I presume that I don't need a NIC or SC or do I?

Here is the potential Computer Build,

Your build is fine, but if u want to save some money drop geforce 295 and buy radeon hd 5870.

edit... Your cpu cost $195 running at 3.4ghz but phenom II X4 945 running at 3.0ghz cost $165 the good news is you can buy phenom 945 and overclock it(stable)to 3.5ghz.

edit... Why buy fancy computer case? Good 750w psu alone cost $109

Okay, but I prefer Nvidia Geforce so I will try for a less expensive video card.
Good idea on the AMD CPU, will look into that.
I will see if I can find a better price on an ATX case and power supply as well and I will give everything the once over again and see if I can find some better deals then which should hopefully drop the overall price substantially.
Thanks for the help.
