I have a Cannon MP140 which was just bought new. However, it does not work, whenever you switch it on, there is an E letter on its LCD dislpay. Moreover, when you try to print you get a message saying that the color cartridge is not original or is not properly placed at the correct location. Nonetheless the cartridge has just been placed in the printer on the right place, that is to say, right position (because the black cartridge goes in the left hole) and this color cartridge is the one which came in with the printer so it is original from Cannon. Moreover, there is a stick which says Cannon on the color Cartridge.
Anyways, does anyone know how to solve this? It is just that I do not know whether I have the ticket where this printer was bought so I do not know whether we will be able to use the warranty.
