New build turns on but no display o

I recently tried to build a PC installed all the hardware's, then I press the power button it turn on but there was no display on the monitor, the fans spins, CD ROM opens hard drive spins but it won't boot just the hard drive led lights stays on, also the power led don't light up.

Do you get any beeps?? First, remove the video card and carefully reseat it ensuring good contact and try again. Post back.

No beeps, no power LED's suggest power problem. Ensure you have the power supply connector the right way round first(!) and check any fuses and all power connections on the board. If that check fails to correct the problem then, if you have access to one, try another PSU. Whilst you have the case off it is a good idea to ensure that all components are correcly and securely seated. Post back.

I have run into this problem several times before and it has ALWAYS been the processor was either A) cracked during installation (even slightly will destroy it) or B) it is fried. Try replacing the processor, dollars to dimes that's the problem.
