Well, i just built my first pc 3 days ago and so far so good. All seems to be working ok so i'm well pleased. I have only a coule of minor issues which maybe you guys could help me with.
1: When i plug my headphones in, although the headphones work, the speakers do not cut off.
2: My gfx card is a 320mb 8800GTS, however, in properties it says it has 256Mb of momory. As far as i know there is no such card as a 256mb 8800GTS, so what gives?

So long, and thanks for all the fish!

i assume you plug headphones in front socket. Are you sure you have the front panel wires connected correctly to the mobo?
re gfx card, what does it say in display part of DXDIAG?

Yeah i plug the headphones in the front. I checked the connection for the wires and it seems ok, its inthe right place and everything.

For the gfx card, in DXdiag it says Approx Total Memory:1051MB, which is different again but just as unexpected.

So long, and thanks for all the fish!
