Guys, good day, Im Arnold, I have a laptop which is giving to me by my friend but when i try to put in on by pressing "ON", it din't turn on the fun of the processor are on and the batter light are on also. I try to change the cmos battery already and same problem. I just have a this feeling that the problem is the ram memory.... should i buy new one for the ram and tested it? or should I bring it to the tech. support? Pls. help me... I really need the laptop for my college report thesis for my finals. Pls. help me...... thanks guys

Edited for the the comment of Mr. Jam: Thanks.... sorry mr. jam for my bad english. here is the problem I plugin the adaptor and press the on bottom, laptop did not turn on.. but the light for the battery are on and I hear the fan of the processor are also running. I also change the cmos battery, shut down, plugin the adaptor and try press on again, same problem... battery light are on and fan of the processor are running. guys could you help me out here...
