Specs: Windows XP 32, e7300/ddr2 1066
i just got a job in customer service selling computers. ive built a few systems and done some basic overclocking but thats it. i want to show the boss i can handle anything and i want to be one of his techs, so ive been at tomshardware and newegg everyday reading stuff. please give me some more links! dont underestimate the amount of material i need! i'll spend 30 hours a week reading this stuff!

Check out http://www.professormesser.com. It's a free study course by Professor James Messer for people who want to be CompTIA A+ certifed, but I recommend it to anyone who wants to become more familiar with troubleshooting, best practices, and more. There are over 25 hours of free video.
