My device manager showing that my dvd rom is working properly. but in general i m unable to find the dvd rom icon in my computer..however i if i insert any usb flash drive the same thing as well... as a matter of this i m unable to copy my data to my external harddrive...if i re-install or restore i will lose everything...by the way if i insert any dvd or cd it cant read....anyone help me please??? i have lots of work to do as i got 26000 words assignment to do..please help
