I need some help with my sound card. I've installed Creative Vibra 128 Model: CT4810 Chipset: CT5880 but I encountered problems like audio files not played correctly (it sounded like music with some high pitch noises).

I've tried all the drivers at creative.com but still encounter the same problem.

This happens too if I install my ESS 1688 AudioDrive sound card. Is it my Windows? Or my DirectXes? I'm using Windows 2000 Pro with Service Pack 3 and DirectX 8.1b.

Can anyone help me?

Is there any Vibra 128 driver for Windows 2000 (Which has been certified by Microsoft)?
If there is, please give me the URL. Thank you.
