Hello,
I called Diamond about a TV tuner before they sai the coaxial wont work for VHS or anything else but cable signal or over the air then I called back later and they said that the coaxial will work for anything for any prouduct and what ever your desktops resolution is set on (like 1920 by 1200) it will display that even threw RCA. other products say the maximun resultion of S-Video is 720 by 480 and coaxial only works on tv signals or over the air and has to upmix the reolution or it will be low.

Hmm - I don't see that response as any better than the two previous (deleted) ones
The 'question' is actually a series of rambling statements, and the OP hasn't found his way back yet
My vote would be to have the 'question' removed, on the basis that it doesn't make a lick of sense, and no further clarification is forthcoming
As a policy, that'd probably be for the greater good

I'm asking if the coaxial ports on tv tuners upmix your resolution to 1920 by 1200 and work for VHS players? Someone said they can up convert but it dosnt work with satellite TV VHS and DVD players. This one guy said the coaxial can do both and display what ever your desktop background is set on but everyone else said S-video would be the best out of all (the resolution is 720 by 480).

Good of you to return (and finally reveal your question)
Still a little fuzzy on what you wish to know ('upmix' is mixing me up) and while it's hard to disagree with that nebulous 'someone', various tuner makes & models can have *vastly* different capabilities - in all cases, consult the manual or spec sheet (or try and rephrase in plainer, more specific English, if possible)
