NO! They are 2 completely different types of memory. They have different pin counts (168 vs 184), run at different voltages & use different DIMM slots. You have to stick with what's compatible with your oldtime motherboard & that's oldtime PC100. You also need to look into what your board supports. It may only accept 128MB per slot.
