Ok... heres my entire computer : It's a P4 3.2 (Socket 775), memory of 1024 (2 512 (3200) in dual channel), a Chaintech 6600GT, WD SATA Hard drive (200Go) and a mobo V915P. My video card is already overclocked (core from 500MHz to 550MHz and memory 1000GHz to 1100GHz) and I don't get any artifact BTW. Now I'd like to overclock my cpu but I don't really know how to do it and if I should do it (is it too risky...? is it worth it...?). My cpu temperature is about 60 celcius ; is it to hot already? Let me know what you think!

60C is hot for an Athlon ... and P4s run so much more cooler.

Matt, I cannot express it more, YOU CANNOT OVERCLOCK THE 3.2 via BIOS!! The P4 Prescott in the 775 platform has a factory lock on the FSB frequency. Only ASUS and ABIT have been able to unlock the feature with a BIOS tweak, but only on the 3.4 and up. Your only option is to installa third party overclock program that does it from within windows. One that I have had much success with is CLOCKGEN available at www.cpuid.com/clockgen. Give this a shot instead. Pay attention to which mobo you have when downloading it.
60 degrees id not terribly hot, but if you plan to OC you will have to lower it.

ASUS P5GD1
P-4 3.4 SOCKET 775
1G Corsaire PC400
ABIT RX600SE 256MB PCI-E
