Does the monitor cable connect to an actual card or to the motherboard? By software, do you mean the drivers? The simpliest way may be to open the case & have a look for a model number.

Download SIW.exe and run it. SIW should give you the information you need. Find SIW at the link below.

Your friend built your computer and doesn't know what parts he installed?

If you just built this computer you should have a CD for the MBoard. You need to install ALL the drivers from that disk. If you don't have the disk (shame on you) then go to the Foxconn (winfast) site and download all drivers.

oK SO THE COMputer played automatically the cd, and it says drivers and below "Softwares" the drivers part says they are not installed and they are blocked, it says the device is either disableed in BIOS or it's not detected on your motherboard!!!! And the software I can click it but I won't let me press the install button, it is an original Intel Cd
OHH AND WHEN I TELL HIM TO GIVE ME MY SYSTEM INFO IT SAYS MOTHerboard "Unavailable" all is not available even the OS!!! This is weird

I don't believe that's an intel motherboard. It uses VIA chipsets. So an intel motherboard driver disk is going to be useless.
