I have a perfectly good Primax Colorado 19200 Scanner with a USB connection. My new PC came with Windows 8 installed. However, it appears not to support this scanner. Where might I find a free driver download?
Your scanner is over 10 years old. I found reviews from 2000. If any drivers are available (which I doubt), you might find them here:
Your doubt was fulfilled! I accept that the scanner is not "new" - however, is that not one of today's problems, that perfectly usable items are rendered obsolete just because of their age? Not the best example of ecological soundness! I may just revert to Win XP for as long as possible!
