need a 300w power supply for a Netvista 8305-42U!!

Specs: Windows XP, 256
hello, i currently own a IMB Netvista 8305-42U pc, and it has a 100-185w power supply, but i need to upgrade it to a 300W + and i need help on finding compatible power supply for the pc. any recommendations? thank you
-upgrading video card ( need a 250w power supply)
- upgrading Ram 2gb

Are you sure you want to invest that kind of money in such an old system? What are you trying to accomplish? At best, the entire system is worth $50. 2GB RAM will cost $50, a decent power supply will cost another $50, plus the cost of the AGP video card.

Yeah, i do want to upgrade this, for basic things for a smooth run. that's all i am getting out of this :) it also seems that the power supply u recommended has different kinds of cables... which i am in a worry. i have p1-p2-p3 up to p7 connectors..

Actually i am buying a quad-core pc. but need to make this one better so i can have one for music and video streaming. :) and the other for programs photoshop etc...
