Native Command Queuing?

I'm going for a new HD, i can go for a 160GB with Native command queueing or a regular 250GB Ultra ATA at 7,200 rpm. Is NCQ worth having 100GB less than the 250, and would I notice the difference between them?

Personally, I'd go for the Gigabytes over the milliseconds.
NCQ is such a new technology that it won't even give you any bragging rights (no-one will know what you're talking about). Also a defrag does the same thing.
If this technology works out, we will soon see it on all hard drives and won't have to pay a premium for it.

I suspect NCQ would not be much (if any) help for the average home user.
