My video card only show black screen. Help!

Specs: Windows 7, Pentium dual core 2Ghz / 3 gigs
Hi everybody. Srry mi English i speak like speedy gonzales, but ill try to do my best. Well, i bought a video card RADEON HD7750. The problem is, when i turn mi PC, this don't give me any image. don't show anything. is all black. Well thing is, that when i push the button restart several times and for reasons unknown the PC give me image. I tried disabling on board graphic of BIOS and unistalling too the on board video drive, but anything, always the same. Also i installs the new video driver of the radeon but the same again ):

This are my specs :)
MB: ECS - 7050
P: Pentium dual core 2ghz
RAM: 1x2gb 1x2GB ( also i tried changing slots but nothing)
Power supply: microlab ATX 550W
VC: XFX Radeon 7750

Please i need help !

Re-enable the onboard video & remove the card. Go to the ECS website, download the latest BIOS file for your motherboard, update the BIOS, then try the card again. Make sure you dwonlaod the correct file, there are 2 versions of your motherboard.

If that doesn't do it, the power supply might be the problem.

EDIT: I'm guessing the BIOS update is needed because the HD 7750 is a PCIe 3.0 card & you have an older motherboard. Plus if you look at the BIOS description, it lists "To increase the compatibility of PCIE device"
