Comment: ok, i got a refurbished pent ibm pent 2 think pad for christmas and now it wont turn on. i brought it to school today since i need it for a presentation and all was well until i closed it while it was still on so i could get out of the van. when i came back inside i opened it up to work on it but it refused to activate. help?

Reply: (edit)i am trying it on ac power, and battery power. The battery light was ornge (i figure charging) then turned green meaning the battery is full. when i try to tun in on nothing happens either way. its a thinkpad 390E refurbished model if that has any relevince.
