"My computer crashed so i did"

So you did what?

Did you reinstall the operating system? Did you use System Restore? Did you throw it away and buy a new one?

The only thing you've said is itunes gives you an error.

How about you tell us the nature of the crash and exactly what you did to try to recover from said crash.

If you reinstalled windows, then you have to reinstall 'all' the drivers for the hardware. That includes the motherboard, audio and possibly others.

Is yours a name-brand system or a custom built?
If namebrand then the drivers probably came on a single disk.
If it was custombuilt then the motherboard chipset drivers will be on one disk and drivers for other devices such as soundgard, graphics card, network card etc should be on their own disks.

Driver update for dummies is using Control Panel > System> Hardware > Device Manager.
Look for yellow ? marks and click on each item. Update drivers from internet. Doesn't always work if windows cannot identify the device properly.
