The Radeon HD 4890 can consume up to 190W, so you'll need a damn good power supply.

Do you have both 6-pin PCIe plugs connected to the card?

I have corsair TX750,
so that is not it.
Yes every thing is connected and works correctly except the screen does not detect it.

If you had stated that from the start, I wouldn't have to guess. PSUs do go bad though, even good ones. Do you know for sure this is a working card? Has it been tested in another system & confirmed good? Has it ever worked in this system before?

Yes it is a working but my screen still does not detect it, and sorry it is my first time asking for help wen it come's to PC's

When i plugged it in first time it worked grate but after i installed all the updates it still worked but only after the reboot the screen stopped dictating it, the settings are in range and do not axehead the parameters of the screen.

I pooled it out and tried reinstalling then rolling back the drivers but it did not worked
so i reinstalled the OS and wiped out all the updates it worked fine but after installing the network drivers it stooped working after the reboot.

I have also tested it out on my older PC which on runs Windows XP and it works, but as long as there is no network connection and the resent updates are not installed.
