Comment: Hello, I hope someone out there can help me. I'm having a problem with my PC. It is an old P2 and has been running fine and have had no problems with it. However, the other day it stopped working and I can't get it to start up. You see, I have I'm running W98 and when the computer isn't being used, the monitor autimatically shuts off. The other day I touched the mouse to click the monitor back on and nothing happened. The PC was still running though. So I hit the reset button and the CDRom light went on, but not he A drive light and nothing appeared on the monitor. I shut it completely off and tried to turn it back on. The power supply came on (fan etc.) and the CD light again, but nothing else happened. I have no idea what it could be, but I can't believe it's a hard fix. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I know that it isn't any of the cables or monitor because I have a different computer hooked up to it now an it runs fine. Thanks for you help. Karl S.
