Specs: Windows 7 ultimate
ok, so built a new system,

msi KA790GX mobo
athlon ii x4 635 cpu
radeon hd 4350 gpu (fail i know)

i got a new case and used my old hard drive and dvd drive. but when i boot the pc it says starting windows, then says in a blue screen that windows failed to start check for viruses remove new hardrive controllers blah blah blah tells me to run chkdsk/f (which i can because pc will not ever start) and this
stop 0x0000007b (0x80786b58,0xc0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)
SO what do i do? is there anything the bios? because i am stuck. it recognizes the HDD dvd drive and all that but it just wont boot.

U need to install windows from scratch. Os disc is required. Then install all necessary drivers this include chipset, video, audio etc.

In bios select boot from: 1st = CD ROM
2nd = HDD

Put windows Cd and install fresh
then all drivers for everything you have.

Your old Windows installation is configured for your old hardware & will not boot do to the hardware changes. You *should* be able to do a "repair installation":
