my pc boots but no screen!!!!!!!!!!

i have recently installed a 128 nivida video card,i was having problems booting up with this new card,would have too power up power down a couple of times for screen to work ,i have all the latest drivers for it,im running win xp pro,with 1.8 anthlon and a k7sem mobo...sometimes it boots up first time other times several time...now i cant get no screen at all power and everthing i tried a diffrent monitor taking out my video card and running on the onboard video and still nothing is something fried in my tower or what please help!@@@@@@@@@@@

Do you get any beeps when you switch your PC on? If not there is likely to be a problem with your processor talking to your Motherboard (If so try re-seating the CPU). If you do get any beeps you should check the motherboard manufacturers website which should diagnose it for you.
Try pulling everything out except for the processor, heatsink + fan and memory and see if it POST's. Also remove it from the case and try it as it could be grounded somewhere on the case.

thanks for for comment i dont get any beep from my pc but i will try to takeeverything out,question though where my mobo is boltted down i dont have the right brackets too screw it down its not going anywhere but will this hurt anything not being completley bolted down
