My monitor keeps blinking / Flash everytime. (in my office system) i am ask my friends he told its not monitor problem, you are network admin watch and record ur system, or any sapyware hack ur system. My question: 1. how to possible? I am disable my system Properties "Remote Assistance" I am totally confused. Any thoughts as to what my problem could be?

Well it's an IP command thing. Only an expert through computer networking can do something like that. Also he is your Administrator he can do what ever he wants because he hold your computer by it's proper net working. You might be doing something so that why he caught your attention by playing with your monitor. But still try to report to your Admin but don't tell him you suspect him that he is hacking your computer. Just report that your monitor has a problem. You never know it might not be him and there is a security breach is happening. Or your computer has a problem like virus or just simple monitor malfunction.
