✔ Best Answer
A hardware fault, either the screen or its connections, or the graphics module.

Sometimes the connecting cable between the motherboard and screen fails where it hinges. If the color changes when the lid is raised or lowered from open to nearly closed then that's what it is.

Nothing you can do from the outside, you either fix it yourself or hand it in for repair.

It is the cable then, as if I start the computer with the lid at a 30 deg. angle, it works normally. Thanks.

Most likely green and/or blue missing. Check Google and YouTube about cable replacement for your computer make and model. You might fancy having a go at fixing it. The cable plugs in at each end.
