My k8T Neo-v usb's aren't working!

A few months ago my computer was restarted by the power flickering. When i went to get on, my mouse no longer moved. The laser lit up, but i got no response to the movement. Now i am trying to fix my computer. For Since the mouse was not working i took it into my head to switch motherboards. Then my uncle(advisor) suggested trying a USb mouse. So I place the motherboard back in, but now the USB ports will not work. I have absolutely no idea what the problem is. Please help!

Changing motherboards may have been a little drastic. That said, you probably need to install all the motherboard related drivers. If you got a disk with the MBoard they are all on there. If not, then download them from the MBoard site.
