my computers video card for some reason dosent work on certain games i tryed playing resident evil 4 on my pc but every time it get laggy and when i play left 4 dead the screen gos all wearied but when i play assassin's creed or portal it works fine does any one know how to fix it

What kind (slot type and make/model) of video card is it? Also go to the manufacturer's website and make sure you have the latest drivers.

It means you probably have a crappy video card or no video "card" at all...you *may* be using onboard graphics.

Can't help you without knowing your system specs.

my coms stats are 3ghz
1.5 ram
320gb hdd
nvideo geforce fx 5200xtwith128 mb ddr mem and tv out/in put witch i dont know how to use if any body could also help me with that

The nVidia GeForce FX5200 is, in today's standards, a generally low-performance card. I don't know how good of a video card Resident Evil 4 needs to play at a high frame rate, but if you don't want it to lag, get a better video card. If you want to get the newest video cards, you first have to make sure that your computer has an AGP or a PCI-E slot.

Also, have you run Disk Cleanup or Disk Defragmenter lately?
